Start off by looking luscious and inviting. Pillows must be fluffed and abundant. Be covered in soft sheets and a heavy (but not too heavy) comforter. Be firm yet soft at the same time. Give the person a small squeeze that won’t make them sore when they lay down. Don’t poke them with springs or make them uncomfortable in any way. Be still, just like the person. Relax. Breathe. Just be!
I love the way you gave voice to the inanimate “bed.” Love this “How to” of sorts as you imagined it.

Like the bed choice. I would also want the bed to provide just the right sleeping temperature- not too hot, not too cold! Lol.
